This is a Japanese made vintage battery toy. Title 'Blushing Gunfighter' made in the 1960's by Y Co. He his about 11" tall and has 5 actions.
According to Don Hultzman's Collector's Guide to Battery Toys 2002, this toy is worth $120-240 and rated a 7/10. I've had him for quite a few years and still enjoy watching him slug it back.
